Returns Policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • The product has not been tampered with or damaged by the customer
  • You have your order number and proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Temperature-sensitive items that have been stored improperly
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. Include your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

How to Return

  1. Email returns@phoenixpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorisation and instructions
  3. Ship the item back in secure packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
